Johan Pirot brings over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry to IP Video Systems. He was President of TeraBurst Networks successfully entering the company in the visualization networking market. Previously at Alcatel as vice president of IP strategy, he successfully developed and implemented Alcatel's IP strategy through strategic relationships and acquisitions of IP companies enabling Alcatel to enter the IP data market. Johan Pirot performed several network and product strategy functions, mainly in broadband access and data networking. His early career was in engineering and product management of online services and packet switching. Johan Pirot holds an MS degree in Electronics Engineering from the Catholic University Leuven, Belgium and an MBA from the Handelshogeschool Antwerpen, Belgium (associated with Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management). |

| Claude Sandroff, VP Sales |

Claude Sandroff is a 17-year telecommunications professional. He was VP Sales and Business Development at TeraBurst Networks successfully entering the company in defense, government and oil & gas markets. He has held positions in research and development at Telcordia Technologies and network reliability at Tycom Ltd. He helped manage the telecommunications investment portfolio at Tyco Ventures. Claude holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Brandeis University. |

Saurabh Jain has over 15 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur involving a wide range of leading edge technologies. He began his career as an early stage member of the team at NexGen Microsystems that built the first Intel x86 compatible microprocessor - eventually acquired by AMD in 1995 and brought to market as the “Athlon” processor. Following that he was co-founder, CTO and V.P. Engineering of Internet Devices Inc. – a developer of one of the first “Internet Appliance” products focused on distributed network security policy management - subsequently acquired by Alcatel in July 1999. Most recently he was Principal Architect at Teraburst Inc. involved in steering the company’s product transition from optical switches for high-speed data networks to digital video networking systems for visualization applications. Over the years he has developed extensive experience in overall system design with emphasis on balancing the use of the latest technologies with corporate objectives. Saurabh Jain holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University Of Toledo, Ohio and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT), Bombay. |

| Mahadevan Iyer, VP Engineering |

Mahadevan Iyer has over 15 years of experience in the development of networking and video products. He began his career at Silicon Graphics building CASE tools for multiprocessor video applications. He was the principal architect at Internet Devices Inc. – a developer of one of the first “Internet Appliance” products focused on distributed network security policy management – subsequently acquired by Alcatel in June 1999. He was responsible for product architecture, planning and management of the engineering team. He was Principal Architect in the Alcatel IPVPN division responsible for product planning and technical architecture of Alcatel’s VPN line of products. Over the years he has developed an extensive knowledge of building scalable network applications and centrally managed solutions. Mahadevan Iyer holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.  |

| Shanker Iyer, Director of Engineering |

Shanker Iyer has over 12 years of experience in development products for networking, video and database applications. Prior to co-founding OnAir Entertainment now IP Video Systems he was the Director of Software Engineering of the IP-VPN business unit at Alcatel. He was responsible for design and implementation of the firewall, VPN and Bandwidth Management software as well as managing the software engineering team. Prior to that Shanker Iyer was a Systems Analysts at Tata Unisys Limited. His primary responsibilities were to architect and implement database migration solutions to enable Unisys customers to switch from legacy platforms to Solaris. |

| Yogesh Khare, Director of Marketing |

Yogesh Khare has over 15 years of experience in product marketing and business development with strong focus in digital video. Prior to joining IP Video Systems, Yogesh was Senior Product Marketing Manager for DTV products at Silicon Image, where he helped define DTV strategy and next generation SOC products with integrated HDMI. Prior to this Yogesh Khare has held marketing and technical management positions at WISchip Technology, Super Digital Media, Sigma Designs and Cirrus Logic. Yogesh has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and attended graduate school at San Jose State University in Computer Engineering. |

| Eric Meurell, Director of Customer Support |

Eric Meurell has over 20 years of experience in customer sales, service & support. Rejoining IP Video Systems to bring together a world class customer service and support organization, Eric Muerell comes from Belden where he provided technical support for the Belden sales team and their customers for Belden WLAN products, applications and installations. Prior to his position at Belden, Eric Meurell worked in various Senior Engineering roles at Azimuth Systems, Inc., a leading provider of wireless data communications test solutions. Eric has held various product engineering and customer service management positions over the course of 15 years having worked in the Semiconductor Test Industry with semiconductor test equipment manufacturers, Teradyne and Advantest. Eric is a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) from Planet3 Wireless and holds an Electrical Engineering and Survey and Route Technology Degrees from Penn State University. |
